If for any reason you are not satisfied with your on-line order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Refund within 28 days of the order’s delivery date. You will be charged only with the relative shipping costs. The only exception are items from the Lucky Charm 2022 collection that can be exchanged but can not be refunded.  

Please make sure your items are returned in their box, new and unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Return instructions:

1) Send us an e-mail at info@honoromano.com or call us at +30 2103253810 and  inform us on your intention of returning an item.

2) Ship the item to us at the following address:

3) Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by HONOR OMANO. For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 14 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company. Orders paid by PayPal or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. If Express Shipment was added and paid for during checkout by the Client, it will not be included in the Refund amount.

• Items must be returned accompanied by the relevant retail receipt.
• Package the return parcel is a safe way in order to avoid damage during transportation. HONOR OMANO is not responsible for any loss or damage to the items during its return shipment.
